The grinding-inducing additional layer decreases grinding temperature to protect both the belt and the material being worked out. These belts are the longest lasting (these belts can last between 50% - 200% longer than belts made with different abrasive grains), fastest cutting and most consistent belts on the market. The 2” thick ceramic belts can be attached to a portable belt sander, benchstand grinder, backstand belt grinder, or knife belt sanders.
