Brown Tripoli Aluminum and Stainless Steel Buffing Compound
Brown Tripoli Buffing Compound is the is a semi-wet, cutting compound that is the second coarsest after black magic. Primarily, the Tripoli bar is used as a cut bar on aluminum, brass, or other soft metals, but it is also capable of coloring stainless steel and bringing out a high luster on hardwoods. The Brown Tripoli buffing compound is most effective when used on an orange treated airway buffing wheel attached to a right-angle buffer/polisher or a sisal buffing wheel attached to a high-speed lathe or bench grinder. These brown buffing bars are semi-wet making them neither greasy nor dry and effective in most climates. This bar weighs about 2.5 pounds and is about 10″ long with 2-1/4″ width, and 2” height, making it a large industrial sized polishing bar. MADE IN USA.
